I found some really nice Reishi mushrooms. I chopped them up into small pieces, and processed them in the food processor. It happened to be an unusually sunny and arid day, so I laid them out on a sheet pan and set it in a sunny spot outside. The mushroom chunks dried nicely after a few hours. I put the dried pieces into the Vitamix and powdered it. Despite shrinking significantly in the drying process, there was enough to fill a small jar plus a little extra to make tea with. I boiled a few teaspoons of the powder in some water, then put it in a pre-heated Hydroflask to steep for an hour, strained it, and had some Reishi tea. Tasty! Tastes like mushrooms!
