Sautéed reindeer Boiler with Mesost

6 Port

600 g of reindeer
2 pcs carrots
2 pc paltsternackor
1 x red onion
1 x garlic clove
butter
2 dl cream
2 cup milk
80 g of mesost
2 teaspoons soy
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
salt & pepper
  1. 1st Peel and cut root vegetables into smaller pieces. Halve onions and cut into thin slices. Chop the garlic small.
  2. 2nd Start by frying in butter reindeer. Continue to fry the onions and root vegetables in the same pot for several minutes.
  3. 3rd Add salt and pepper before turning over the cream and milk. Stir in grated coarse mesost. Add a little soy and tart apple cider vinegar.
  4. 4th Mix and leave to simmer on the pan reindeer for a while. Let the sweet root vegetables have a little bite left.
  5. 5th Serve with a good rice or potato strands.
