- 2 chicken breast halves (12 ounces total)
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
- 5 ounces fresh snow peas
- 1 inch chunk of ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup sake or mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T rice-wine vinegar
- 1 T honey
- 2 T crunchy bean sprouts (soy or lentil)
