- Bring to room temp first
 - Low simmer dogs 4 minutes before grilling
 - Grill over low fire
 - Wursts:
- Brats are best for grilling.  Also Weisswurst and Rostbratwurst.  Avoid red sausages for grilling.
 - Do not puncture
 - Brush with beer repeatedly for an extra crispy crust
