HotDogs

  • Bring to room temp first
  • Low simmer dogs 4 minutes before grilling
  • Grill over low fire
  • Wursts:
    • Brats are best for grilling. Also Weisswurst and Rostbratwurst. Avoid red sausages for grilling.
    • Do not puncture
    • Brush with beer repeatedly for an extra crispy crust
