• • Wow! This stuff was really good! I loved it - 12% alc, not tanniny, but a very very good wine. Not fruity at all.

  • Roquefort, port wine cheese, and others
• Make Pub cheese & get it right!
• Pick up cheese knives (if needed)
• Practice plating cheese
• Find good baguettes (Price chopper?)
• Find some decent crackers (the ones from Ginger man are very good! Avl at Honest Weight)
• Come up with quantities for each of the ingredients.
• I may need a better food processor for all this hummus and tabbouleh! :)
• Come up with a good tabbouleh recipe
