• Keys are near on the house keyring
• The lock close to the house is finicky
• Self test runs weekly at 7 (or an hour earlier during winter)
• Check the oil on occasion - should last 5 months during normal operation, add a sip at a time then recheck
• year 1: oil change, year 2: tune-up (then repeat on subsequent years)
