Export GPX from strava
- Use the GPX Export chrome plugin
Upload GPX, requires phone:
- Go to: https://connect.garmin.com -> Training -> Courses
- Import (under Create a course button)
- Browse to file and upload, give it a title, save.
- From Garmin Connect on phone, sync, and watch will have the course available.
Create a road course, requires Chromebook or PC and phone:
- Go to: https://connect.garmin.com -> Training -> Courses and create a course manually
- Give it a title, save, and then from Garmin Connect on phone, sync, and watch will have the course available.
