"The wine trail consists of an Upper Hudson East Trail and an Upper Hudson West Trail that extend for nearly 120 miles. The Trail winds through east-central New York in the counties of Albany, Schenectady. Rensselaer, Saratoga, Washington and Montgomery. The trail serves six vineyards with tasting rooms with another fourteen planted vineyards expected to open tasting rooms by 2020."

- Bud's on Jay (11m 1-way) - Open early. Really great decaf Americano! Real good premade sandwiches, great price ($5-ish). Some disposable containers.
- *Union Cafe - Opens 8am, closed Tues. Very simple menu with basically diner food. Really well made/high quality. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. But devoid of character. Minor disposables (syrup/butter)
- *Ambition Coffee & Eatery - Opens 8am. Outdoor waited tables(11m 1-way), awesome breakfast of rye toast, eggs, bacon, home fries. Only the cup was disposable. Nice outdoor seating.
- Lorenzo's Cafe - Opens 6am daily except closed on Mon/Tues.

- Graham's Coffee Parlor - Closed monday. Open T-F at 7:30am. A little later on weekends.

- Koni's Kafe - Opens m-f 7:30am. awesome salad for breakfast, awesome outdoor seating, great price. Google says it opens at 8, but the door says it opens at 7:30 and it seems to open early so...
- Superior Merchandise - Awesome pourover, nice breakfast salad, all disposable. Good Pecan Sticky Bun.
- *Liza's of Troy - looks amazing, opens at 8am tues-fri. 9am on weekends. Closed Monday. Great breakfast salad, some disposables, kinda looked better than it tasted. No decaf. Opens late. Fantastic outdoor seating.
- Cafe Deli-icious - Open 7:30 M-F, This was pretty good!
- Stacks Espresso Bar 7am M-F - This moved into the Spill 'n space. Good sandwich, nice outdoor seating, ceramic plates, etc. Very nice!

- Be Nourished (13m) - Open Tuesday-Friday 7:30am - Nice window to outside - Amazing beet salad, all lunch items available early. No decaf coffee, but had Kru coffee. Slightly off the beaten path. Genuinely nice staff. Everything disposable. Fantastic, wins a lot of points, but also loses some unfortunately. If they used non-disposables this would be like my favorite place.
